What is airealestate.tech?
An AI-powered content platform built specifically for Australian real estate agents. We generate listing copy, social media posts, newsletters, appraisal reports, compliance advice, and more - all tuned for the Australian market.
How does the free trial work?
You pick Pro or Premium at signup and add your card details. The first 7 days are free with 50 credits to try every tool. On day 8 your card is charged for the plan you picked ($49/mo for Pro or $99/mo for Premium). Want to start your plan early? Hit Upgrade now in Settings. Changed your mind? Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
Why do you need my card details for a free trial?
It stops trial abuse, lets you keep working without interruption when the trial ends, and means you only ever enter your card once. You can cancel anytime in the first 7 days and pay nothing.
What's the difference between Pro $49 and Premium $99?
Just monthly credits. Pro gives you 100 credits per month for $49/mo. Premium gives you 200 for $99/mo. Both plans include every tool we offer (CMA, Suburb Reports, listing copy, social, newsletters, compliance, roleplay, vendor reports). AI is included on both - no API keys, no separate billing. Premium also gets priority support. Choose Pro if you do lighter monthly use, Premium for heavier use, top up either anytime.
What are credits?
Each time you click "Generate" on any tool (listing, social post, newsletter, CMA, suburb report, etc.) it uses 1 credit. Your monthly credit allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you go over, just buy a top-up pack.
Do all plans get all tools?
Yes. Every plan - including the free trial - has access to every AI tool. The only difference between plans is your monthly credit allowance.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy a $10 top-up pack for 20 extra credits. Top-up credits don't expire while your subscription is active. Top-ups are only available on Pro or Premium - trial users can use Upgrade now to start their plan early instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. During the trial, cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. On a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS), and never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What AI model powers the tools?
We use Claude (by Anthropic), one of the leading large language models. All AI is included in your Pro subscription - no setup, no separate API keys, no surprise bills.
Are prices in AUD?
Yes. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
How do I get support?
Email hello@airealestate.tech. Pro and Premium subscribers get priority response. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days.
